I am offering a limited time Free 4-Class Attorney Well-Being Series of online yoga, strength building, and meditation classes to help you relieve stress and stay centered and calm through the holidays. I’ve also added 2 classes that are open to everyone! Saturday, November 30, 2024; 10-10:45am EST – Online Only – Lawyers Only
Join me for a free 45-minutes “Lawyer’s Only” practice designed to gently build physical core strength while also stretching and elongating muscles. I’ve designed this class with recognition that many of us are quite tired after a long work week to offer you a more gentle class that you can do even if you are feeling a bit worn out. Rest assured however, that you will get a balanced full-body workout! Taking this class consistently may help provide stability to the spine, improve posture and reduce strain on the back and upper shoulders. It may also help you rebound mentally after the work week, so you feel better and have more energy! Take this class for a gentle, but strong start to your weekend.
Recommended Props: Yoga mat and 2 blocks. Optional: a small Pilates ball and strap or Pilates ring.

Wednesday, December 4, 2024; 7:00-7:45pm EST – Online Only
A free “Lawyers Only” 45-minute meditation practice that combines gentle movement, breath awareness, and meditation to cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and cultivate ease in the body. This class is intentionally scheduled mid-week to help you let go of the stress and tightness that builds up in the body over the course of the work week. Class will be themed toward an attorney well-being topic and mediations will be relevant to lawyers. No meditation experience is required.
Recommended Props: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a meditation cushion or chair.

Saturday, December 14, 2024; 10:30-11:30am EST – Online Only
A dynamic and invigorating 60-minute class that seamlessly blends Pilates-based movements with mindful yoga stretching. In this class you will strengthen your core, sculpt your body and improve flexibility! Get ready for your core and flexibility to be challenged, but fear not, modifications will be given for all levels!
Recommended Props: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks. Optional: small Pilates ball, Pilates ring (or yoga strap).

January 4, 2024; 9:30- 10:30 am EST – Online Only
Join me for a 1-hour all-levels yoga class featuring an extended savasana to welcome the new year with calm and clarity. This session offers space to release the weight of 2024 and step into 2025 with a refreshed mindset, ready to embrace prosperity and new possibilities in the year ahead. Class will close with a New Year’s themed guided meditation.
Suggested props: yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, a blanket (for savasnana).
